Default Will the car run....

Ok, here is what I want to know. I am gonna have my turbo completely installed soon. I am not going to install the AEM, injectors, clutch, or fuel pump. Im gonna let a local shop do all that. I want to know if after i get the turbo on there ( all turbo related piping, oil lines, water lines, ic pipes, bov etc )..will the car be able to limp up the road like 2 miles? I removed the air pump in the front bumper and the assosciated stuff with it. I still have stock injectors in, and stock ecu. Just wanna make sure the car is going to actually want to start and this is just to drive it to the shop where they are gonna finish the install and tune it.

If you are going to do that the rest is a breeze, all but the clutch that is. The injectors took me about 10 minutes and the fuel pump takes about 1/2 hour to hour depending on your skill level.

As for it runing, yes it will run but you better not hit boost.

The lack of O2's will make it stay in closed loop, why would you not just thread them back in temporarily?

Flat bed it. Is your engine really worth the $80 it would cost to get towed 2 miles? IMO, $80<chance of blowing $3000 engine on startup.

I ran my car w/o the Emangae or injectors after the install to check everything out such as the oil lines and other piping. As long as you do not make boost you will be fine. You would have more trouble with the new injectors and no Emanage or vice versa. Oh and don't forget to change those plugs before you hit boost also.

i know the injectors are easy, but im letting him do the AEM because I dont have maps for it and I dont currently have a laptop to tune with. I might go ahead and install the pump since it isnt too hard, and im gonna make an air pump blockoff plate for it as well while its just sitting waiting on my new downpipe to arrive.

Thanks for the replies guys, i figured it would run just wanted to make sure the stock computer wasnt gonna FREAK on me.
