That's the same sensor I'm using. Although I haven't finished wiring up everything, the best and most convenient place I've found for me is using Ptuning's oil distribution block:

More so if you're turbo'd. This is a great mod.

Soooo did anyone ever find a way to wire the oil temp sensor without having to use a resistor? Is there one built into the EMS?

I'm on a 1052 EMS by the way, so maybe its different?

the following ports already have the resistor built into the AEM. Use one of these input ports.

ADCR14 Input Available, 0-5V in, 100k pull up to 5v
ADCR13 Input Available, 0-5V in, 100k pull up to 5v

I am having some issues with my AEM afr wideband gauge (30-4100) when wired in to my series 2 AEM 30-6052. The TPS voltage is jumping around & is therefore making it impossible to get the car to idle properly. The gauge has been wired in as per the AEM idiots guide but I am seeing conflicting information about the ground wire to C18 and also references to C16 as per this this thread:
https://www.s2ki.com/...1#entry21817791

Can some one advise what is the right way to have this gauge connected as it is beginning to annoy me that I have a supercharger set up under the bonnet that I cannot use at the moment?

Sorry for the stupid question but what gauge wire should I use for my AEM oil temp and pressure sensors? Also, will any standard wire work (like from Radio Shack) or do I need to find an "automotive specific" wire?

I know this is an older thread but anyway you could email me your serial gauge calibration? It is no longer available for download

Can anyone confirm correct wiring etc?

I have a generic temp sensor two wire, wired to d8 and d9 but it won't pick up anything the pin is adcr14, and sensor ground and has a 100k pull 5v.

Have I wired it correctly?

It just sits at 0v.

Very late response, I know. I no longer even have an s2000, but I was able to locate the calibration file, and have linked to it below:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8g...it?usp=sharing

This was set up using the SOS 3 bar map sensor, aem oil temp gauge, and aem oil pressure gauge. If wired according to my original post, should work perfectly.

I need help as I've just wired in a AEM temperature sensors but it's reading 0.04V when warm????

The oil temperature sensor is wired into the following terminals:

ADCR14 - Terminal D8
Sensor Ground - Terminal A7 ( I would of used D9 for the ground but is already been used and I couldn't be bothered to change it)

Is this sensor wired correctly? Does it need calibrating?

It looks like it's wired correctly but I've read about a pull resistor above. I thought these terminal had one built in????
