Would spark blowout show up as knock?
Alot of info is non existent here, let's just say per ur Q. (I dont like it) but have u already tried gapping them lower to see if it got better?
To answer no, if u remove spark it's just like spinning the engine over by hand with compression kinda hard to do but there's not gonna be an explosion at all. It's just a miss.
Soo u have alot of knock counts?
U thinking it's blowout (now I'm assuming) cause not alot of info. Is that it's showing counts, and it's hesitating thinking ur getting blowout? I'll stop here and wait for reply. Would love to help but hard with so many variables.

Oh sorry don't keep track like that, so is it back together now? or are u still trying to diagnose a problem when the engine is torn apart?
Unless it's catastrophic failure there's not like a treasure chest full of information in there(for most). It's gonna be hard to diagnose it now, like I said on your other thread. Without an engine in there it's hard to possibly pinpoint other problems that it could of been like fuel pump, plugs, coils and the other plethora of possibilities. But if it was knocking, gaps wouldn't have helped so it's ok u forgot.
Sorry for being blunt. Idk where to even start now. The stock knock sensor is also pretty much useless for a FI kit. U need a tuner guru to tune it and kno. What she can handle and how. It's like people trying to out engineer the Honda engineers, take it to someone that knows Hondas very well and get there advice. I feel like your shooting in the dark right now.
