Exactly right. From a cheap perceptive I would save on reconfiguring the DP and I could sell my exhaust which I wouldn't need. Just to many cons and not enough pros.

oh and my answer is no. open dump tube but not thgouh hood, and down pipe hell no, send it through to the back. way quieter.

actually after reading some comments, yes you may have black shit all up your windshield from start up. My buddies s went straight out the hood in front of passenger side and it was always a mess
