Default Your Dream SC setup

Budget aside, if you could build you ultimate SC setup what would be on your list? Which kit? Gears or not? What rwhp are you looking for? Anything and everything about your ideal setup.

Oh I'm not looking for advice, just jot down what you would run if you didn't have to worry about paying for it. This is by no means a "serious" I need help kind of post. Just laid back "wish list" kinda post.

Hmm for SC, I am not so sure about it. You might want to look at some of the guys SIGS and look for the ones who are super charged with whatever HP goal you have. Is your "wish list" something that you plan on obtaining some day. You should probably try to ask something along these lines.

"I am looking for SC advice. I would like to spend X amount or I want to have X amount of HP.

I hope this helps you a bit. Take care.

With unlimited amounts of cash? Something along the lines of Sideway's setup with a comptech sc rather than vortech would suit me just fine Dunno, the comptech kit looks 'purdier' imho. Might like to mate it with a full race intake manifold, If they could ever get it to fit the kit. Hmm but money's no object right? So I'd prolly manufacture a custom fmic, then route the piping accordingly.

Then again, I love the whine of a roots type blower, so I'd scrap the comptech idea, and get BRP to hurry up (since I'd be $hitting dinero!) Cool the charge with water injection, no wait, go the whole hog and spray nitrous! Ahh wishful thinking...

This is the kind of stuff I'm looking for Thank you s0rted. I don't know maybe I made the first two responses a little confusing when I said that this is not a help me post. I'm glad at least one person understood it. I'd also go with the BRP setup if only it were ready. Nitrous would be just fine with me....ahh....just imagine once kicked in.

With no FI budget I would just build a trouble-free turbo setup... if that's possible.

Since you're not looking for advice I'll chime in.

For me and the way I use the car, my dream setup would be:

CTSC/AC with CT reinforced diff, 4.30 gears, and a KAAZ 1.5 LSD. Throw in a billett shifter for good meausre.

That's what I have, and it's perfect for the way I use the car. Now the goal is to get the weight down a little, especially the rotating mass.
