Ah yes...just slap the spoiler from an old Del Sol over your stock one and call it rice. Um...
Do you get a free bowl of soup for putting that on your car?

Honestly BC, I think its awful.
It doesn't compliment the lines of the car and the two tiered spoiler look is just way too busy for the simplicity of the S2K's lines.
Sorry, but you asked for honesty.

I just figured out what it reminds me of....
You know how people with Camaros try to add wings on top of the factory type spoiler that is part of the rear quarter panels?? Sorry BC - this is really bad, do one or the other, but not both.

I think the spoiler flows very well with the car.
But have to admit that OEM spoiler hads to go.
Was there any reason why you keeped a OEM spoiler on there?
If you decide to remove the OEM spoiler, think about this.
When you remount the spoiler, make sure it sits on a right angle
to follow the belt line of the car. I am talking about the line above a fender from side view of the car.
Now my question to you is where did you purcheased it and cost ?
Don't take the comments to suriously from people that has F-1 wings on there s2000. I know your wing looks hole lot better then them.
Trust me on this. I am pro-designer and work for automotive company.
