you guys have any issues with the 04 headlights having a gap between the light housing and the fender?

I just had mine done and i there is a slight gap. Is it supposed to be like that or can it be adjusted?

 

You should be able to adjust it. You have to push the headlight forward. Everyset I've done, its takes about twice as long to put it back to together because you have to get the lines right. Takes a little patience but it can be done.

 

i made the gap as small as possible but looking at what others like us have done there may be a little gap. You can attempt to adjust the headlight and it might make the gap smaller if you put time into doing it. Mine fit almost like oem btw.
