how does a 4.77 car compare to a supercharged car? are they equal or does the edge go to the supercharger?

 

never been in an s2000 with 4.77's but the sc'ed car would get the edge.

4.77 and 4.57's have the same 1/4 ET since you have to shift an extra gear with 4.77's which eliminates the gap between them. A geared S2000 should run 13.5 in the 1/4 mile

Stock SC'ed S2000 would run 13.1-13.2

Not that big of a difference but the SC'ed car will continue pulling after 4th.
