Riley and I talked about this before but could not find anyone to do it for a decent price IIRC they wanted $400 just to cover it without material.

Yeah, I have actually. The pain in doing things that wrap completely around something is that it comes down to hand stitching. The last seam of the handle had to be hand stitched. For the stearing wheel, it would most likely be the same as well.

After this is all done and if someone is willing to sacrifice a scrap wheel, I might be willing to give it a try in the coming year.
