When they use the ALMS cars, I think Lime Rock facilitators have the cars go through a quick chicane to the right of the hill, so no they don't get any air. When I was there for the Grand Am GT Classic, the cars were going up the hill and some got air.

I was at LR for a HPDE with NASA last year and we did not use the chicane. Great track but dangerous... we had several off's with lot's of damage.

There weren't many crashes on Saturday since these are true world-class drivers. When I was at the Grand Am race, there were a ton of wrecks

I was up w/ NASA too, except in the family sedan.

We didn't use the chicane either.

Here's me, facing the wrong direction.

Thankfully, I didn't hit anything or anyone, but someone went off turn 1 into the weeds, and a Z06 landed on top of the tirewall after he caught some air on the jump.
