[QUOTE=kenstyle,Jul 29 2007, 12:42 PM] You are required to pass a decibel check only if you are written for a fix-it ticket by the police.

As for passing smog, there is also a visual test component that most people fail not because they're simply not running a cat, but because OEM engine parts have been modified. You don't seem to have too many engine modifications per say, so I would definitely recommend reverting your header/tp/exhaust back to stock before you see the smog tech.

Hi Diez!

Your car was absolutely flawless before you put the new diffuser on....

Maybe its just my personal taste but I think your S looked much better with the ASM exhaust and the original ASM rear.

The new exhaust is HOT but it just doesnt flow with the ASM rear bumper.

Anyway, your car is still the most impressive S2000 I've ever seen. Mine has much in common with yours
I wonder what's coming next.

Just my 2 cents.

No, not completely necessary. With my previous ride height I thought they might be useful, but I don't hammer the car constantly at a track. Perhaps if your car is very low and you track it very often, they might be useful. They were sort of a pain to put on, so they're staying on. For now anyways.

Thanks,

I can see what you mean. I liked my other setup, but the Axle setup imo, is just the best integrated diffuser/exhaust sytem available for the S; eventhough it might be busier than a single exit exhaust. My main concern right now is cutting the ASM bumper to have a hole for the left side mesh grille on the new cap piece. If I don't though it will look a little weird. I think once the grille meshes are black and everything is nice and buttoned up, it will look very nice.

Thanks for the comments

That's some pretty serious rubber on the car.
