is it called a S2300 because Amuse increased the engine size to 2.3L?

Pretty much.

I was trying figure out who the Kei's Office driver in the green suit like Tsuchiya's during the video but couldn't recall. Then I realized it's Kazama. Anyways, one could easily tell that the power to weight ratio on the J's S2K basically outmatched the Amuse S2K. The suspension on the J's S2k allowed Kazama to easily induce oversteer making him fast in the corners while Tsuchiya was having trouble getting the Amuse car to turn in.

Although the two were almost evenly matched I don't know how they picked the Amuse car for the win.

yup that j's car is sooo light and is pushing so much hp that its scary fast. this vid made me love the j's exhaust. it might just sound better than the amuse r1000.

i think the reason that j's s2k accellerate faster because different gear ratio. j's might have higher final gear

They are nice...but then, IMO, neither would be at all acceptable as a daily driver

edit* not acceptable as something I'd drive on the street period.

But very fast, and very cool...thanks for the vid
