i call it the tooth.. i painted mine.. cant really see in pics anymore

i also blacked out calipers/rotor edged/hubs long w/ control arms and other misc

I have always talked about doing that, but just have never done it. After seeing the difference I think I am motivated to pull the bumper and paint it.
