I'm sure you're much more important that the guys who paid years ago and still don't have their parts.

Seriously, file the claim now and get the ball rolling. If he wants to provide you the part to stop the claim then perfect, you'll get what you want. If not you get your money back soon. It's a win either way,

If you have questions about the overfenders just read one of thethreads about them.

https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/111...ircuit-garage/

https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/110...fender-flares/

OP I cannot stress enough you need to open the claim. He is not going to send you anything. Now if you have questions about CG post in one of the other threads and don't clutter this thread up. God knows it is cluttered enough as it is.

Is there a record for longest build thread with the fewest pictures of the build? I think this may take the cake.

Just a quick reminder.

People here in our FB socal groups have been talking and complaining about this alot. Some are past 90 days, and are not able to open claims. now are hoping they
will get their parts.

I would just cancel it if i was you, and get your money back now.

there is a long line of people ahead of you, and they do not have their parts.

We tried convincing this guy that a "full ARC build" is a terrible idea, how well did that work out?

Based on what, cheap talk? Has he sent you pictures of your fenders? Did he send you a video of him going into a UPS store, packaging it up, showing a packing slip with your address on it? Anything shy of that and you're pretty much guaranteed to get nothing.
