I thought the rear bumper strakes are these here... something similar in shape to the OEM Side Strakes.

Well yes technically you are right ... Maybe I should have named it diffuser fins.

The outer 2 are slightly larger than the inner 2. 1 matches 4 and 2 matches 3.
