a quick update for you guys: my insurance company just finished their investigation into the accident, and determined that the other driver was at fault for the accident. So at this point they are going to go to her company and ask them to accept liability. Im sure they will not, so i assume the case will go to arbitration soon.

got some updated pics from the shop. they are hustling to get it done for me in order to pickup friday on my way to nashville for import alliance.

Wow that lady sounds like a rotten snake, if her company doesn't pay up I wouldn't hesitate to take her to court and not her insurance, a lesson in humility is in short supply for her.
