Not my cup of tea, but if you like them, keep them.

I think it looks pretty damn good.

I, however, wouldn't do it to my care for saftey reasons.

I think they look good on a silverstone with shaved emblems with gunmetal/black wheels

I've never liked black taillights.

I think it would look better with a full red tint.

I have mine tinted as well and want to switch back to normal for safety reasons. Someone mentioned acetone, is this a good way to remove the tint? Is it safe? Is there a certain procedure? I'm fairly certain I have a spray on tint.

On another note, If anyone likes this look, send me your stock ap1 tails and I'll send you my tinted ones It's dark right now but I will try to get a pic up tomorrow.

Ghetto? C'mon. Safety is compromised as far as the reflector not returning as much light. I bought some reflector stickers today, probably going to integrate them into the third brakelight or so.

Lighting is hardly compromised. Maybe during the daytime a little bit. But for sure not at night. Maybe i'll add some pictures from a night shot tomorrow. It's transparent black. The extrem dark effect is enhanced because of the already black background of the taillight.

So, no real safety issue at all. Exept for the reflector. So no probs with that !
