lol if you missed that then you will really miss this one. This is was when I got my S2k back in 04 I believe. Me and my friend going to the first sesm in atlanta.
This is when we thought gas prices were expensive,
Woah! I almost forgot that gas prices used to actually be under $3.00/gallon before '07. Too bad I began driving when gas prices were getting high...

Not an s2000, but here was my result:

Just before leaving, took about 1 hour to tape:

It started to rain - alot, for a couple hours so the tape was peeling:

After several hours of rain, this is how it looked in the end:

Guess I got some crappy tape? If it had not rained at all, it would have held up very well. But after a few minutes of rain, it was pretty much destroyed.

this is definitely the best tape job. you can't even see the overlapping of the tape! looks like a paint job than a tape job.

we had a penis on the passenger side door, but ended up taking it off cause of the church van that pulled up to the gas station. was funny while it lasted though!

it works better if you start back and move torward with the tape, cause then the wind/rain doesnt get under the seams of the tape.

the first time i taped i got a rock to the windshield, so the next time i taped the windshield and that didn't work so well either

has anyone done the whole car, besides the windows, if you did it well enough it would just look like a blue paint job

it can hold up pretty well. the first time i taped mine, i drove through a moderate rain storm. it did alright, but i think most of the peelers i had were just from poorly placed seams.

this last time (sig pic) i taped it up, took extra care and did a better job. when i was ready to leave it started raining, so i stayed in my sisters carport, until it passed. drove home a few hours later with no rain, and absolutley nothing peeling (75+mph), and was very happy. the next morning, i woke up to a soaking wet car. i used my drying towel (keep it in the trunk) and got up all the water i could. everytime i stopped i had to patch a few spots, but it really wasnt that bad. was really impressed at how well it stuck, even after being wet.

either way, its worth doing it just for the looks you get on the hwy.
