Are you planning on Seibon CF front fenders and CF doors? A lot of weight could be reduced with CF doors alone. You should look at having some sort of aero piece made which comes off the trunk and extends a foot or so. This will create a fair amount of down-force on the rear end. I have seen a lot of all out drag racers have something like this on their car.

 

I've thought about something on the rear. As for the door's, when i have the money saved for a exterior piece ill look at them, as of right now my goal is to get the car running and ready to make some passes.

 

That's cool. If you decide to keep the OEM doors you could always gut them and simply have the shell. Also, have you looked into lexan windows and windshield?

the motor and tranny is in.

drivehsaft/axles/diff must be put in next. we are installing the new lsd unit in the r200 diff as well. after this all that's left is putting the turbo setup back on.
