Thanks for all the comments!
Headlights were opened and I modified the housings by custom making and than molding something like a little eyebrows to give the lights a more agressive look. Than it was painted gloss black. I also modified the diffusor - at first I wanted to get rid of it but I did't like the "unfinished" look. So I cut a hole in it and than part of it was painted black to match the housing. Now I have a semi-clear look.
Exhaust was treated with a chemical VHT-paint remover, wet-sanded and than polished - I would not do it again as was a real pain in the @$$ to remove the paint , but I'm happy with the result. The rest of the piping was painted with a heat-proof paint.
All the emblems are shaved, as are all the wholes in the front bumper (including headlight washers). The front licence plate (I must have one here in Poland unfortunately) was placed at the bottom of the bumper and is connected to the OEM front lip. Looks quite clean - for a license plate that is
I rolled rear fenders, as I will put a set of 17" Enkei RPF1's - popular in the USA, but the only set I know of in my country. And I simply love those rims. The OEM 05' rims are for winter use only. The car will be lowered on Eibach springs for now - but I plan dropping some nice coilovers next spring along with some Cusco reinforcements to give it some more rigidity. The rear bumper has 2 ASM-inspired holes with black mesh in it, and on the sides I custom made a set od diffusors (not pictured yet).
Inside I want to go with Sparco Milano seats in black/grey alcantara, that is why the steering wheel has a alcantara insert at the top. There will be some more modifications that will follow that black/grey theme like silver stitches and so on.
The valve cover is painted New Imola Orange. I was also considering Lime Green or even a Earth livery, but the RA107 sucks so bad that I gave up
I have a lot more ideas that I will try to translate into my car - project is not over yet.

Silentdancer, I've seen you have a set of polished rims now - the polished exhaust would match perfect. By the way - is the exhaust in your sig OEM? It has a different shape than the one I have... one more difference I did't know between Euro and US AP1s.
As far as the colour goes - my car was origanally MCB and before painting it I was considering some other colour options, but... MCB FTW!!!
And some more pics:
Razo gear shift pattern molden in the cup holder cover.

Air vent cut in the rear bumper, finished with black mesh.

A closeup of the Monte Carlo Blue Pearl colour when hit with the sun.

The car after I got it back from the paint shop

More pics to follow soon!
Today I test-fitted my Enkeis - nothing to bolt them to, so they're just standing on some used air filters

I like the staggered look a lot: 7,5" +47 in the front, 9" +45 in the rear with BFGoodrich KDW 215/45/17 and 245/40/17.
I guess u can't go wrong with those wheels - I plan painting them in some time - for now they will match my exhaust nicely.
