Paint was Duplicolor 1500 degree Ford Red and 500 degree clear coat
Decal was from Decalgirl on ebay

mine is clear coated with hightemp clear. its been on for 3mo and no problems.

yup...
sprayed the clearcoat into a container and then applied with a brush.
both clearcoated.

I used High Temp polyurethane spray. Sprayed a couple polyurethane coats over the sticker and no problems in 2.5 months.

I have a write up of the whole process somewhere on the board....If you interested let me know and I can look for it.

nice But the adhesive on the sticker is what bonds it to the caliper. So I don't think it's a result of the clearcoat. I could be wrong. Just doesn't seem logical.
