it is just me messing around really.

looking at the photo, trying some different types of brushes, and started doing all the little outlines etc. by hand.

everything isn't really exact to the photo, I just tried to treat it like I was drawing with an brush and ink, and doing color in water color.

no filters or any of that, just going through and separating colors that I want.

I do the outline, throw a white layer underneath, maybe print out the photo to use as reference for color, then just go back and fill in the color how I like, making it a little messy to give it that look.

there are lots of other things to try.

a filter never looks like i want it too, and its no fun

A Scanner Darkly is such a great movie, good choice on Rotoscoping it too, definitely wouldn't feel the same without it.

please PM me about that not too cheap due to the amount of time, but I promise much less than what I should charge as free lance work, really depends on how complex the image is as well.

I hope I can keep you guys supplied with some good motorsports wallpapers haha.

I have added to my list of goals in life to at some point work for Polyphony Digital I will let you guys know how it works out, I want to make a Model of ASM's car soon I think.
