I've had my S for a little over a year now and have yet to post any pics...just finished (almost...) with a big round of mods so I figure now would be a good time to start...
Stance -> Eibach Pro-Kit w/ stock dampers, UK alignment
Shoes -> CR wheels w/ Dunlop Star Specs (AP2 size)
Pretty Stuff -> DC5 H-mark (front) & EP3 H-mark (rear), CR black "S2000" emblems, FD2 shift knob w/ spacer, Bosch Icon wipers (shameless plug, the car never sees rain)
Electronics - Alpine CDA-117 w/ power pack, Polk DB6501S components, Modifry DCI
Power - K&N FIPK
Coming Soon -> black lugs & locks for the wheels, OEM front lip, and who knows?...am always looking for inspiration...

Very clean! Subtle mods.... GPW all the way baby!
thanks Tu, your car is actually one of my favorite ones on here and really sold me on the GPW w/ MF-10 look (too bad you went BBS....haha)...
I've always been a big fan of the "tuned OEM" look, something that those in the know would appreciate but the general public wouldn't necessarily notice...

love it! without an amp how do the components sound.??? thats the exact set up i am thinking of getting
i've actually got the Alpine KTP-445 "power pack" which is kind of a pseudo-amp...it bumps the HU up to 50Wx4 RMS (I think?)...the components sound very good with it...I'm no sound guru at all, just wanted something that was powerful/clean and could be heard with the top down on the highway
I highly recommend the setup, but you'll enjoy trying to find a spot to mount the power pack..........
Yeah I love that look too. I do miss my Mugen MF-10s but the BBS were my all time favorites. I completely understand where you're coming from with the appreciation part in the tuning world. Just get the Mugen MF-10s and call it a day!
I did some light searching for the MF-10s but in the process came across these CR wheels at a fair price (muchhh less of course than the Mugens, haha) and decided this route would allow to do wheels plus more mods, a win/win situation IMO
Smart shopper! I like...! That's good man. It takes time. My car didn't magically became the way it is overnight. Took me a couple of years. lol. Place a hardtop on your baby and you're car will be cleannn!
