Clear Yellow and White
7 hours at $50 per hour plus shipping would be a better deal than the European clears at $950. I'd suspect after you had done this a couple of times, it could be done in a lot less than 7 hours.
Would anybody want to setup an exchange program modifying US OEMs to clear for $350 plus shipping?
Anybody else interested in this angle?

They will open the housing and remove the amber lens. The only draw back is you don't have your headlights for several weeks.
I think $350 is a bit high to modify someones OEM headlights. If someone was sending you their lights, the time involved to open the housing would be a lot less than 7hrs. It took us 7hrs. to do the whole job which involved removing the bumper, etc. and putting everything back together.
If someone were to ask me to do their headlights (hypothetically speaking), I think $200 would be a fair price. For $350, you could send them to clearcorners.com and have a specialty place do it for you.
This is just my take on things since I've done it twice now (my S2K and my girlfiends Accord)
S2K-F8,
Does that mean that if someone were willing to drive down to Boca from say North Florida, that you would remove their clears for $200.00? Is this something you would consider doing?

I did the work on mine with S2K-F8, and I think he meant that it would seem fair to clear out the lights for $200, not remove them from the car.
It took 7 hours, but that included the removal.
If someone was to take them out, I guess it wouldn't be out of the question to take the lights apart and seal them back up for $200.

I hadn't given it much thought. My main point of my last post was to say I thought $350 was too much money if someone had to remove the headlight assemblies themselves, then ship them to someone else to have the amber lenses removed. I would say 1/3rd of the time spent on clearing out the headlights was removing the bumper, brackets, etc. and putting everything back together.
But, I probably could be persuaded to help out a fellow S2000 owner. Send me an email- Scott
Hey guys. Thanks for posting pics of your cars- the S2000 looks so much better like that in my opinion! As I was waiting to see what it would look like if someone went ahead and did it, I'd say I'm up for it now. Would you mind posting daytime pics when you get a chance? Nice clean looking cars by the way.

We're going to try and get some daytime pics this weekend.
From the pics it looks like you have clear bulbs in the corners, I was thinking it might look stock but more stylsih with amber bulbd, similar to what the Civic Si comes with... just a thought. Looks really great thoough.
