Well... the connector on the pinion shaft (I think) was short about 5 inches.. when I went to extend it, I was dumb and just cut the wires.. (not realizing they are all black at that point from being alreeady extended haha)

So I put it together like I thought it went.. I was wrong, so I tested all 9 scenarios that you could wire to save me from taking it a part haha BUT it didnt work.. so I took the bumper fender and headlights off again and then brought the harness back and cut off the looming I put on it.. matched up all the wires and re soldered them correctly.. still an EPS light and no power steering..

Checked the ground for the EPS module.. all is well, so at this point I am blaming it on the 8 gauge wires from the module to the power steering motor.. I do not trust the solders I made on the wires and I am NOT using crimps.. so i have de-pinned the connectors and am going to get some fresh 8 gauge tomorrow to run all new wire from connector to connector with no interruptions! Ill update how that goes haha

Thanks man!

I am coming up on one year of ownership in April.. so the car is far from done! The wheels are mroe than likely going black chrome or staying silver with a polished lip..and I think I might pick up a cheap front lip for this season.. but over next winter I am going to get more involved in the wire tuck and do a bunch of exterior mods..

Thanks for the comments tho guys! Wont be able to work on the car this weekend as its looking like a 3 12s kinda weekend.. boooooooooooooooo

haha I have a real one but the real one doesnt let me get under the car at my ride height without driving up onto some 2x4s (or usually my college books haha) and I just needed it up a little so I used the stock jack for the time being!
