Fastest? Likely the 458 or MP4-12C. Toss up between those two, but depends on the track too.

Most Fun? Scuderia. The superleggera is Lambo's answer to the Scud, and the super is faster, but the Scud is sooooo much more rewarding and fun to drive. It's loud, aggressive, loud, and it feels like a S2000 on crack. And it's loud! The sound of a ferrari at WOT beats a Lambo, hands down.

I tell customers, do you want to look pretty driving the car? If so, drive a Lambo, Audi, Aston Martin, or SLS.
If you want a memorable experience, drive a Ferrari.
If you want to feel like you're a driving pro, take a Porsche.
If you're new to driving, but still want to chase people down without the necessary talent, drive a GTR.

Still, if I had to take one car from the fleet, it'd be a toss up between the MP4-12C (rare, love the interior, it's got british quirkiness to it) or the 430 Scuderia (absolutely amazing to drive).
