sounds like the fit is pretty tight as it sits. What about if you slide it 3-4" forward? (i'm short so i don't sit all the way back). I imagine it'll have even less door clearance if slid forward?

these seats are no tighter than the bride gias or stradia. They will actually fit a little better if pulled forward. I have it all the way back all of the time and the top of the bolsters barely touch the plastic trim.

mind taking closer pictures of the seat-to-door clearance with the door shut? i have a bride stradia and it doesn't have any clearance issues whatsoever. Wondering if you can explain further how they would fit a bit better if pulled forward--IIRC the cabin area narrows as you go forward so usually there is less clearance if the seat is moved forward. Sorry for all the questions, just really interested in this setup. A pair of DC5R recurs cost less than what i paid for 1 Stradia, so this would be a nice setup to switch to

I've never understood why people won't give details until after a shoot or something, I mean we can all see it's possible and you've already showed pictures, it's not like saying "I used X rail and Y bracket" is going to somehow invalidate a photoshoot?

They look great anyway!
