I don't think that the car was on the track... this could be seen as private property but insurance should still cover it. Had to be in a parking lot or a safe place to park unless the owner of the GTR was trying to show off and park it right on the track shoulder... then it's their fault -.-

im sure if the s10 had enough velocity, flipping the damn thing.. it can crush the gtr like that. an s10 chevy is practically like a truck. thing probably weighs a ton (exaggerating)..
anywho, it really sucks that he only got 20k out of it.
also to the people that said, the car doesnt seem right...if you read the posts, he parted some stuff out.

and Force = Mass times Acceleration, not velocity...soo if it had enough acceleration then yes it's possible it caused that much damage...

what I don't understand is if the insurance company wasn't going to cover the accident because the car was in the track, then they shouldn't have given 20K away either. What's up with the partial payment? who decides that amount? it's like 1/4 of car's value. never heard of getting paid for 1/4 of the car. it's either full value or nothing. can someone explain this please??
