Looks great to me. I like how it comes up high on the side - as mentioned, it makes the lip stronger at the main mounting points. 
I love the look of CF but on exterior sections, it ends up "blacking" the car out, which doesn't look so good to me.
If I had it, I think I'd do a fancy paint job that "outlines" the lip in white and just leaves part of the carbon fiber unpainted. Not sure how I'd do it, but it's a little to obtrusive to me.
Awesome piece, though, and big for having a FUNCTIONAL front lip.
