he was definately using a stylus and tablet. Ive done some digital sketching like this for product develoment. It takes awhile to get used to not seeing your sketch below your hands. It can be an awesome tool as you can see, once you learn to use it. I dont thiink i would have chose MS paint to sketch in, but Kudos to that man, did it VERY VERY well!

really? most of the trans/industrial design guys i know use their mice

actually it's not that uncommon, all the guys from artcenter/csulb/otis draw like this after we finish the course.

it just that there's more effecient program to draw than ms paint
