My brother in law and cousin invited me to a DTMpower.net get together here in San Diego. Most of the cars were european, but the drive was fun nonetheless. We had some nice cars in the group...





This is just a quick snap I took before we headed out to the drive. I should've taken some shots while we were on the freeway meeting up. It's pretty crazy seeing 8 cars all 'following the leader' at about 120+.

 

The Audi was on my ass most of the drive up the mountain. The turbo (1.8t) was glowing when we took a rest at the top of the mountain.


The white 325i is my cousin's car and the yellow M3 is my brother in laws.


We took a brake stop halfway down the mountain. I just snapped a couple of pics during the downtime. Overall it was a fun day. I'll definitely have to do this again in the near future. I might bring my WRX next time to see how it does with its AWD.
