I just don't get why you would want to build a replica. I respect the time and talented work that went into building that, but in the end its a cougar with a fancy body kit. Audi should sue him so that people don't confuse a real R8 with that... imagine if you were interested in the R8 and then you saw the interior of that car.
For some people, like this guy, it's probably the closest he's likely to ever get to owning a luxury car.

uh.... it's really not all that accurate. bumper is off, sidestrakes are off, and the rear bumper and rear quarter panels are pretty off as well.

he has plenty of work to do if he wants to fool anyone.

The real crime here is that some poor soul will see this car and be fooled. Tragic.
Why is that a crime?

Because it didnt cost 100k+ ?

Valiant effort, sh*tty platform.

He'll still be able to pull less-than-knowledgeable money hungry hoes with it though. LOL!

it's a crime due to the shoddy craftsmanship.

its not a crime to have a car that's not 115k or 250k. it's a crime to pretend like you do and speaks volumes about a person's character IMHO. who are you trying to impress? if u want performance, don't waste your money on changing the body of your car, spend money on actual performance mods.

replica cars=FAIL
