The fender can be fixed in a good body shop, mine had the same "problem" where the rear panel/fender had to be replaced. Hope you fix it soon

the insurance company wants to give me $2300... does that sound about right? i'm not big on actual body repair prices and such..

and when are these meets?

 

take it to a body shop and get an estimate first before accepting the insurance money. the body shop may look at it and decide it will be easier to replace the whole quarter panel, and that will be way more than 2300
