.06mm gap between the wheels and the brakes? That's less than .003" of an inch! I still wouldn't trust you.

Doesn't take much to add .003" of an inch to something - a bit of dirt or a very very very small rock, a track day's worth of brake dust, etc, etc. Four human hairs stacked on top of each other will give you .003"...

looks great but the work emotions won't clear any aftermarket BBKs right? It barely clears the standard brembos that they come with.

any dirt or dust would be sheered off from the wind or etc. the Brembo's dont have any flex to them unlike oem brakes so this clearance will always remain the same. the clearance is more than enough.

aftermarket brakes for the evo have larger rotors which would allow more clearance. the oem brembo's are actually larger than stoptech/mu so using those would actually have extra room.

so the possible solution for bbk's to clear work emotions on an s2k would be larger rotors?

on an s2k, concave 9+44 would work w/ larger rotor but only still a spoon or similar small caliper.. on a convex emotion u could use a bigger caliper if u use a high backpad. each bbk is different so with each bbk ud need to individually figure it out. most of the higher backpad convex emotions wouldnt be "safe" fitment on the s2k.
