Default etreme dimension

well I ordered an asm rep front bumper from Extreme Dimensions... The reason I choose Extreme Dimensions was because of all you guys on here who said they have great customer service... I was under the impression that the bumper was made of that plastic material that you see 2 guys twisting, trowing off high places, slamming with garage doors, and regular doors etc... like that video that's on their web-site, but no it was fiberglass?. I received the bumper today, and I was very dis-pleased to say the least. I also read that 1 guy said he was impressed on how well wrapped the bumper was, I wish I could've said the same. I wont get into how badly wrapped or how bad the bumper is because I don't wanna bash on the company yet. I just emailed the rep who serviced my order and I hope all that was promised about great customer service will prevail. I will update this thread with results as to what happens.

Thanks.....fingers crossed
-Tony

Judging from the pic i saw, its pretty bad, it looked like a box twice as big as the bumper with it just thrown in and a few pieces of plastic wrap for good measure. I give him credit for allowing them the courtesy to rectify the situation, i can say if it was me i wouldnt be so nice hahaha. But no worries, i got you covered bawss. And yes your right legit for the win,.... Soon enough. ; )

If you were going to get a replica asm front bumper I think you should have went with Shine... No experience with them but I heard theirs was decent?
