Sorry to bump an old thread, but these images don't work anymore, does anyone else have any other comparisons?

which Bride seats are you wanting to see in particular? there are a few older threads which i've participated in and posted images showing the differences.

While there are a few different sources for replicas (I.e. varying in quality), the main things to look out for are:

-Bride embroidered logo: make sure it looks straight and is not a bolder font
-Material: A lot of the fakes use a more course material, which is hard to see in zoomed out pictures, but if you can get a macro shot of the fabric, you'd easily be able to tell the difference.
-Backing: From Bride, black backs are "Sport" and sometimes the fakes offer their seats in black backing that aren't even available from Bride in Sport, so you know right off the back they are fake. If the seat has a silver back, often referred to as "glitter back" then the fakes look different from the real in that the fakes look less clear coated and it looks more like sand than glitter. hard to explain.
-Quality: A lot of fakes have wrinkly upholstery and the ones with Bride gradation don't have the same amount of bride logos as the real thing (the logos are spaced/sized larger).
-Reclinable buckets (Gias/Stradia): are super easy to tell fakes from the side bracketing. Fakes always look different and usually have screw covers on the side that look like black knobs sticking out.
-Name sticker: some fakes are so bad that they list the seat as CFRP for example but the seat is a black or silver backing. So the knock off company just used a generic sticker for a Carbon Fiber backed seat but didn't change the name to reflect the actual seat they are building.

There are many other things to look out for. If you are ever unsure, just get a lot of detailed pictures from the seller and post up here on the forums asking for help and people like myself and others will help you determine if it's fake or not. Make sure the pictures you get are of the actual seat you're interested in (and not pictures of a real seat downloaded online).

Thanks for the help

I'm looking at the same seats. Bride Vios III FRP black without the gradation.

I'm searching everywhere, but it seems like every seat identical to the one I'm buying has different tags on them. As far as I know, the code should be F42AMF, but I've only seen one seat that had the same code I'm looking for. Could it be because the seats have different production dates?

I'll post up some pictures ASAP when I get them

yes post up high quality detailed pics if possible. The VIOS III sport might be hard to tell since there aren't very many unique factors to it. It's a very plain seat--entirely black cloth with black backing and a single logo on the headrest. Easiest way would be to look at the actual fabric. feel free to shoot me the for sale ad via pm if you want and i can try to help that way. sometimes the sale ad has dead giveaways too or seems fishy.
