The ARC intake gain me around 15 to 19 hp, it costs around 1200 to 1400ca.

are you serious?? 15-19 HP, did you put the car on the DYNO? or is the gain just hypothetical?
its hard to believe you would gain 15-19 HP from just a filter system upgrade. That is more than a MUGEN ECU/Headers and Exhaust conbined. But DAM, its very expensive.

I find it hard to dyno intakes. How can you test performance on an intake, if air flow is required. Yes, they have that fan that they stick infront of your car that blows at 25MPH, but most people drive 60MPH+

I thought stock S2000s dyno at 190-200 rwhp.

a lot of the engines are weak. So it turns out to be much lower than expected.
