Yup. Turns out it is probably an old guy who was pissed about the govt taking some land from him and not paying him enough for it. That was in 2006. Back then he set fire to the palace and they found him guilty and charged him with $14K fine. Then they let him loose. He confessed to planning "terrorist acts" on the subway and train system but decided it was easier to burn down the gate. No security.
