Forcewerks Flares Installed
Loving the positive comments, and definitely love the few guys who shared good feedback. Keep it coming. Good or bad. Doesn't phase me. And don't worry about whoring anything dude, that's what forums are for. Knowledge, info, questions and concerns. LOL it defintely does take some balls to chop up a mint S2000, but hey, as long as we're happy. All my friends called me crazy when I had the cut off wheel an inch away from the 1/4 hahaa. Respect to those who show respect. Thanks again guys!
Thanks a lot guys. And yes, I did get my car from Bridgewater Acura back in October. As far as front fenders, I'm going to do a slight pull this weekend, and I "should" be pretty content with that lol. Thanks again guys.
^^Nahhh dude, not at all. I hope they look good as well. +35 is a bit aggressive for the front of an S2000, but I couldn't say no to the price that I picked these wheels/tires up for. Quickly, does anyone recommend a certain way to roll/flare the fronts? I would really want to keep my fender liner there. I've seen people cut the inner lip out, heat up the fender, and work it outwards. I just feel like that'll be a nightmare without proper body shop tools. Like I said, the rubbing isn't awful, just when I have a good amount of gas and a passenger.

Follow my thread. Really the only way is to heat it up and slowly push it out with the fender roller. If you don't heat it the paint will crack. The front fenders are very thin and fragile and easy to mess up the paint and to make the fender look like bacon but yeah you definitely need to do it. The liner is saving you right now but once it is gone the tire grabs that little fender lip and pulls and the outcome is not pretty.
For pulling it I roll the lip and tabs flat then I slowly work it out more. I find it helps to stand and look down at the fender from the top once you are pulling it because it is easy to see where the flatter spots are than if you were sitting next to the car.
