To add more fuel to the flame, I will ask the haters this question:
Do you feel the same way with used parts? You're not directly supporting the manufacturer, as with buying replicas, so do you buy all new authentic parts?
Horrible example, Back to the drawing board for you

Crank, is that the replica kit on another car? or the real J's FRP kit?

I DD my car and spending that much on the real deal and having it crack I would be so ****ing pissed... Cracking a replica wouldn't be too bad...

If this kit is a almost perfect fitment, then it fits better than the actual J's kit with so many people complaining about the J's not fitting right...

Lol how is it a horrible example? These endless debates just got me thinking about that.
Basically it seems that the replica bashers' argument is that a product shouldn't be on the car unless the original manufacture of said product has a direct benefit from the part being on the car. I.e. - some sort of monetary gain. If that is the case, what is the view on used parts. If I buy a used J's bumper, J's Racing is not gaining a penny from me or my purchase, but I can claim I have an 'authentic part.' If I buy this replica, J's Racing doesn't gain a penny from my purchase. I just don't see how it differs that greatly.
BTW, just arguing for arguing sake.

^^ J's Racing has already gained when the bumper was first purchased. That's what matters.

Compared to replica, no gain at all.

As for this topic, I can't really say much because I have a Seibon CF top. Although I do have the authentic kit. I drove the car daily with the kit for two years with no problems. Honestly, the fitment sucked! I couldn't even put on the front bumper without any modifications. Although many people have received kits that fit well. I guess I got one from the early batches.

Key word, "SHARE" i dont see "Shine" sharing shit nor "Nextmod" not that i would want a free replica but they are making money off of something that they did not create or put R&D into.
That is why there are COPYRIGHT Laws, same shit for music. My boy is a producer and he copyrights every track that he puts out cause you never know when it falls into the wrong hands. So dont try to make an example with that cause i aint swallowing it.

And as for the USED parts, atleast you know that your buying an authentic item and not something thats jacked up off an original design. I know what your trying to say with the whole USED item rebutle but thats totally another case of an example.

Straight up to the low ballers that cant afford authentic parts and rather support piracy of the real shit. Do your thing, its your car not mine i know what i rock and i choose to rock it cause i like the finer things in life, what can i say its my taste. this can be an endless debate but all im saying is i think your wrong for supporting that cause.

Now think about this, put yourself in their shoes, lets say you invented something you put blood sweat and tears into to have someone else come along and replicate your design, how would you feel?

Peace! and im out

Didn't you have the Seibon Hardtop? Thats a replica?

once a bumper is remade its no longer a J's it become a creation of whatever company makes it. Its made differently and is created using different materials.
