Hey guys, I'm curious can the S2000's trunk fit an electric guitar? (Les Paul/Stratocaster), sorry for being off topic but I'm considering purchasing one at this point.
I've not spent much time with 350Zs but it seems like there isn't much depth to their hatchback.
I've also put an ice chest in my trunk. It's not terribly big, and with the lid / cover for the jack in place it sits down in the well quite nicely. My wife is out in the car right now but I'll take a picture when she gets back.
Maybe we can turn this into a "what crazy stuff have you fit in your trunk" thread - illegal stuff and huge sound systems not included.

You said you put your hockey gear in the trink, can you fit a hockey stick in the trunk, or do you have to put it in the front seat?

LOL! You're not alone!

2 mats
2 sleepingbags
2 stuffed duffelbags
1 two person tent
1 stove
1 fuel tank
1 cooking set
1 cooler (a small one filled with booze)
1 water filter
4 one-liter water bottles
food (2 boxes of oatmeal, 2 boxes of chewies, 4 boxes of cookies, 4 cans of soup . . . it wasnt a lot)
2 extra pair of shoes
2 motortrend mags
. . . and a partrage in a pear tree
I didn't remove the tool kit (or transplant it either)
It was tight, but I got it all in. I also had a kyack splash skirt in the trunk too. I headed up to the UP for a family camping/hiking trip (I was meeting others up there so I only needed to bring enough for two people and some of the other food was provided).
Compression sacks are awsome! I wouldn't have gotten the sleeping bags in there if it haddn't been for those things. I litterally had both compressed to the max. The bags were solid as a rock when I got done with them.
