Hey guys, I'm curious can the S2000's trunk fit an electric guitar? (Les Paul/Stratocaster), sorry for being off topic but I'm considering purchasing one at this point.
i have a strat, it fits in a soft case not a hard case. hard case is like... a few inches too long... now, i think i could fit it if i removed the spare tire + the back section of the trunk interior. haven't tried though.

But you see, people aren't supposed to go where that photo was taken. That's why there's ice, and clouds, and lots and lots of uphill - it's all there to say "people don't belong here" By the way, I'm impressed.

I assume by the filename (Hood) on that image that you've been over here in my stomping grounds. Though I haven't lived here but three months. I look forward to hiking around Hood and St Helens. But we'll probably take the Jeep - cramming the S's trunk stopped being fun about half way through that two week trip.
I'm a defiant bastard. I like to bend, twist, and break the rules.

I love the west coast volcanoes. Nothing else like them. The pic in my sig and the other were both taken on Mt. Hood in mid-late June. Keep in mind that its, like, 75-80 degrees out down by the parking lot. And people were skiing litterally right to the edge of the lot.

Mt. Rainier NP would probably be closer for you, and it has a TON of really nice hikes around the mountain's upper base. Unfortunately, the east side might still be closed off due to some major road damage from spring floods last year. But I think you can still access a lot of good trails if you go through Paradise.

The road up to Paradise is a beautiful road to drive the S2000 on too. Make sure you at least do that!

this thread reminds me of the s2k that went to costco, with buncha alcohol in the passenger seat top down and ice ontop of the top folded down

Yes, yes it is. I really like the bag, but I don't have enough camera equipment to make use of it. What I really want is a small form fitting hard case just for the camera with lens attached. It would be better for backpacking and such. Carrying that big camera bag is a burden sometimes.
