the only thing to do at that point is to seriously injure him with the car; and then hit him in the head with that hammer while he is on the ground twitching

i'd just drive away a lil bit with him still in my sight and call the cops, get his ass arrested and get the best lawyer out there to lock his stupid ass till he dies
