recently i took my soldiers to gas chamber...good training. after i gave few mins of leting crap out of their systems. we ran 5 miles.

it was a good day.

 

next day we went to M203 Grenade Launcher range and shot 300 rounds. fun fun.

 

haha...I've been through a Gas Chamber like that before...when i went through they made me recite the phenetic alphabet before i could leave...that was fun

 

yeah it was pretty much the same. had them do push ups and stuff. made sure they got good gas in their system.
