lol, gotcha, the redneck word for "heatcycling" is "The Scrub" I don't know who street rubber works, but with pure race rubber "slicks" we've found that a couple laps working the tires through the whole traction circle and then a lap or two to cool off gets them to optimum operating condition.

A032Rs can be shaved, but most ppl don't. For R-compounds, other brands grip better, but they don't last as long as the A032Rs. Kumhos and some other R-compounds are molded at 6/32" tread depth also. Once my ES100s wear out, I'm gonna throw a set of A032Rs on my 16s! MUD BOGGERS!!!

Really? I've heard the RA-1's have pretty awesome street life for a DOT-R tire. I think some of the guys reported 5-6k street with 3-4 track days on 4/32nd RA-1s? My numbers might be off but I think thats pretty good.

Yeah, I've read the same reviews for the RA1s on tread life. But I've read reports of A032Rs lasting 15k for street use. I was mostly referring to Kumhos, Dunlops, Pirellis, etc. Hoosiers barely last 1 event.
Grr...anyone wanna buy a set of 205/50/16 and 245/45/16 ES100s (205s have about 70% tread left, and 245s are new)?...I want the A032Rs now!

i love that spoon bumper angelo!

i got the wheels from opak for a great deal. Let's just say i paid only triple digits for a complete set . Right now they don't have any more but will be trying to get more.

I miss my old setup but to me i love this new setup
thanks for the info... guess i'll be giving opak a call when the open today... i've seen some owner in canada (i think it's one of them aj-racing folks) that have a set in black... i prefer the gold, exactly like the ones you have... once again, thanks for the lead...

They are discontinued and they said they may bring in a couple more sets but thats in a few months if that. You can give them a try though. They do have these Enkei wheels there still. Try those. S2X was going to give them a try.

Yup those are the ones. They had or have two sets left. I know one went out to get powdercoated bronze.

No he just had the two sets of white but I think one set is sold already because I was told it went to get powdercoated bronze for a buyer. So there may only be one set left. They are 16s.

BTW they have instock other good items

Spoon SW388s
Spoon lugnuts
Spoon carbon kevlar seats/rails
Tein suspension for the S2000
Spoon (Showa) suspension for the S2000
Tires
Cwest spoilers

Thats all I could remember off the top of my head.
