We have this 'ol skool Chevy truck here in El Paso with that same garbage ass paint . He says he has to place it under some light so it can charge up and glow really good at night. I say it'll look even better in a Garbage Can with the lid closed!! LOL

Yeah the paint has been around for awhile. Its by House of Kolors. Remember seeing it back in the day on a civic out here.
