I would drive it. I just got back from 2 weeks in down town Shanghai, visability couldnt hurt over there, or many other overly crowded citys.Just tint the windows real dark so no one knows its you

LOL that's the same thing I told him!! He said he doesn't drive it during the day cuz the paint looks weird in the sunlight. I then thought to myself, that paint doesn't look good in ANY light!! Or in the absence of light for that matter

Glow in the dark paint is nothing new. I would think it was good if the glow was the actual color of the car (ie new formula red glowing red at night)
