It's tapped and threaded, not just drilled a hole and stick the fitting in.

 

They even send the tap and drill bit with the kit.

 

Ok everything is put together except we have the wrong fitting for the oil Drain. Its NPT on both sides Its supposed to be NPT on one end and Flare on the other as the elbow is flare. Oh well no S/C tonight. One more trip to Home Depot
