You guys know why my belt tensioner adjustment screw keeps coming loose after I take it for a spin??? I tighten the screw...but it keeps loosening itself after a hard spin around the block.

Oh the power is AWSOME!!! I got pushed back into my seat...

If it's the same bolt I think you're talking about, Mikey had the same problem. That's the one you can't get a socket on because there is only enough room for a flat wrench?? Jon at Evo had to really crank it down because it was causing vibration.

My S2000 supercharging experience with Evolution Auto Sports(aka Evo) in Chantilly, VA:

The kit showed up a week before my install date. This gave me time to fix 3 out of 4 problems with the Monday ship kits. I got my new (drilled out) pulley, new ECU, and instruction manual a few days later. Vortech said that Evo would have the last piece by the time I got there. I spent the next few days rounding up the rest of the items I would need.

This consisted of a Mugen header (thanks Pinky!), oil, Honda bond, coolant, oil filter and washer. Then of course I had to figure out how I was going to fit my personal stuff, laptop, mini dv camcorder, a new header, oil, coolant and the entire Vortech kit in my trunk! I took the entire Vortech kit out of its box and fit it into several smaller boxes. The trunk tools, and spare were already out, so I pulled out the panel that hides the spare. I wrapped the Mugen header in a blanket and put it in the spare tire area with the end of it sticking out. The rest was kind of like a game of Tetris. In the end, it all fit nicely and my laptop and mini dv rode shotgun.

Nice writeup Jenner. Nice meeting you as well while you were at Evo. That was actually my first time(but not my last) at Evolution in Chantilly, even though I live in MD about 35 mins away.

If I do decide to go FI, Evolution has my business.

Nice meeting you too Andy. Too bad we didn't have more time to hang out(and that my car was still under the knife).

BTW I highly suggest the mugen headers. I got a nice bump in sub VTEC power that isn't entirely due to the supercharger(since boost is so low sub VTEC). The mugen headers combined with my gearing, are giving me some nice power in the 4000-5000 range. I'm sure the supercharger plays a small part in this too but I think the mugen headers really helped in that rpm band. I'll know more once I have my curves on the dynoplot.
