Brian did say something about not being able to adjust the air/fuel because of the vortech map sensor sending out a static charge. I don't know what to think.

I think im going to just leave the VAFC in for the Movement of VTEC down to 5300 and to hell with the Air Fuel.

It is very difficult to explain all the crap that I have gone through trying to get HP out of tuning but the VAFC will work its potential is more limited than normal due to a static signal that is sent by the map controller. I am not technical enough to really explain it but if the VAFC is place between the Vortech devices and the ECU then you will have some limited control if you place it between the engine and the Vortech devices than you will have next to no control.

You can move VTEC with no problems. I would be very interested in seeing the A/F graph of anyones dyno before and after and compare it to mine.

I have also tried removing the vortech map controller and that allowed full A/F tuning but caused the bad drops in power seen in the dyno plots above.

I am at a loss but I cant see anyway to really tune the car to much. If anybody figues out some good settingd let me know. Also let me know in which order you hook up the VAFC. Firewall, VAFC, vortec controllers, ECU,. or which ever way you have it done.

I am still waiting to see a dyno plot from a car other than mine.
